Our Story

Our story began just around the corner at Woodward Street Quality Meat. Years ago, Jay, the most recent owner, started as an apprentice under Daryl, the former owner. Jay and his wife Nicole eventually took over the shop. They’ve operated with the same dedication ever since, following Daryl’s traditions.

Now, we’re excited to welcome you to the next stage of our family-owned and operated business, Woodwards Your Butcher On Moulder. As your local butcher shop, we promise to continue offering the same quality and service as before.

What a great butcher, my sister recommended that I buy meat here as it was my turn to cook dinner whilst we were visiting. I brought 4 New York cut sirloin steaks, at least an inch thick and just the right amount of fat and marbling. They were tender, juicy, tasty, what more could you want? Definitely the best steak I’ve eaten in a long time.

Woodward Street Quality Meats is hands down one of the best butchers in Orange. The mince I purchased was top quality – fresh, full of flavour, and it made my rustic chow mein absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and really know their products. Prices are fair, the service is excellent, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do.
